Transitory Stay or Tourist Visa
The Transitory Stay is a permit granted to foreigners who enter the country for tourism, business or other reasons, for a limited period of time, without the intention of residing or settling in the country.
The permit authorizes a 90-day stay in the country, which may be extended for an additional 90 days only once.

Work Authorization for Transitory Stay or Tourism
The ATPT is a permit designed for foreigners who must go to Chile to perform short-term work. The processing of this permit authorizes work for a maximum period of 90 days, with the possibility of being extended up to 180 days.
